1. Who we are
Kings Package Manager ("KPM") is operated by KingsEmpire. This policy explains what data the Site collects and how it is handled.
2. Account data
If you have an account on the Site, we store the username, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text) associated with that account, using WordPress's built-in account system. If you publish a package listing, the title, description, version, install command, license, and other listing details you provide are stored and displayed publicly on the Site. Account holders can see and edit their own listings at any time through the Site's dashboard, and can request deletion of their account or listings by contacting us.
3. Server logs
Like most web servers, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data for security and operational purposes when you visit any page, including:
- IP address;
- Browser type and user-agent string;
- Pages requested and timestamps;
- Referring URL.
These logs are used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and are retained for a limited operational period.
4. Cookies & tracking
The Site does not set analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. It does not load fonts, scripts, or embeds from third-party services; all fonts and scripts used by the Site are self-hosted. If you log in, the Site sets standard WordPress authentication cookies so you stay signed in; these are used only to keep you logged in and are not shared with third parties.
5. Third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share visitor or account data with third parties for marketing purposes. Server logs and account data may be processed by our hosting/infrastructure providers solely to deliver the Site to you.
